About MILe’S City

Maha Integrated Life Sciences City Limited (MILe’S City) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) between Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and Ramky Infrastructure Limited. MILe’S City has a mandate for the development of integrated Eco-Industrial Park in Dighi Port Industrial Area in an extent of 1000 Hectares along the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) enabling industrial growth aligned with national corridor programs. The proposed project is structured on a PPP model to be developed in joint association with MIDC for a concession of 95 years, including 5 years of project Development in phases.
