About MILe's City

Maha Integrated Life Sciences City Limited (MILéS City)

is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) between Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and Ramky Infrastructure Limited.

MILéS City has a mandate for the development of an integrated Eco-Industrial Park in the Dighi Port Industrial Area, spanning 1,000 hectares along the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), enabling industrial growth aligned with national corridor programs.

The project is structured on a PPP model in joint association with MIDC for a concession of 95 years, including 5 years of project development in phases.

Backed by the Government of Maharashtra, MILéS City aims to create world-class industrial infrastructure that delivers state-of-the-art facilities with sustainable practices, fostering growth in manufacturing with a focus on the Life Sciences sector.
